Watch a diver in perfect trim and they barely seem to move — horizontal, weightless, completely still. It looks effortless. It isn't.
Ragna comes from Old Norse regin, the ruling powers — the same word you hear in Ragnarök. Stilling is Norwegian for posture or position, from stille: to set, to adjust, and to be still.
Put together: the posture of the gods. That's what we're training for.
